The restaurant "ELS MISTOS" was founded in 1992 at the height of the Barcelona Olympic Games. At first, the doors of this great restaurant were opened to sell only paellas and due to its great success, it was decided that instead of being a simple bar, it would be renamed as a restaurant.
But it was not going to be an ordinary restaurant, it was going to be a Galician restaurant that would bring each person to a part of Galicia with its traditional dishes.
The management and direction of this restaurant was initially left to José Ovidio, who was also the restaurateur.
Currently the management and direction of the restaurant is in the hands of Rigoberto Arias who, alongside Ovidio, has been learning for 14 years the hotel business and the running of this great Galician restaurant.
